How do I check if OpSQL is up to date?

I want to know if it’s possible to determine if my OpSQL instance is up to date with my JourneyApps Cloud DB?

I know I can access the latest Oplog sequence number from the tbl_opsql_options table, but unsure how to use it to determine how recent that replication was.
