I’m having issues with a web task. I tried to update the domain name for my deployment, but when I did, my Postman request was not working with the updated name. Then, I tried to change it back to what it was, and now my request is not working even though it was working before with that original domain name.
This is most likely a DNS issue. The TTL on our CNAME records is 5 minutes. If you wait 5 minutes after the change, the new subdomain should work. If you continue having issues after 5 minutes, try flushing your DNS.
