cannot Enroll on iPad - endless loop

From my Backend on a Browser, I select a user and click Enroll
Then I enter an email at the bottom left and I receive this:


When I click that button, IT DOES NOT LAUNCH the iPad JA app.
It runs the link…

Which still does not launch the iPad Application - that “Enroll on Mobile Device” link just takes me to a web page:

Bear in mind, I’m on my iPad. I can’t use the iPad to take a picture with the camera of its own screen. You CAN tap-and-hold the QRCode for some options… but opening the link just continues the circle (And most users aren’t aware of that ability since usually you take a picture of the QRCode).

Anyway, users cannot open the JAContainer app to enroll.

In general I would recommend using SSO and to not rely on the QR codes or the links to give users access.

That said, these enrollment mechanisms should work as advertised so we will investigate and get back to you
