I am not able to link new users to an account on the backend. When I click on the Enroll button in the data browser it takes me to the Enrollment Instructions page with the following message under Use Login Credentials:
The user does not have a username and password yet, and will have to use an alternative enrollment option until they do.
How can I set my app up so I can link new users to an account on the backend?
In order to use Loggy (the basic JourneyApps user account management service) in your application, your application will require a Company ID.
The Company ID for your application(s) can be set in OXIDE by searching “Set Company ID” in the command pallet.
I’ve changed the company ID but it has no effect on removing that message on the enrollment page.
