I know that sync rules reprocess after business hours, but what does after business hours mean?
This will depend on the environment’s region where you are reprocessing sync rules, which are outlined below:
US: 18:00 America/Los_Angeles
ZA: 18:00 Africa/Johannesburg
EU: 18:00 UTC
AU: 18:00 Australia/Perth

Update:
The business hours check has been removed - reprocessing can now be performed any time of day.
However, we still recommend deploying sync rules changes to apps with large amounts of data after hours, to minimise disruption for the app’s users during reprocessing.
