How can I switch apps within the iOS/Android/Windows JourneyApps Container?

To switch apps using the default JourneyApps branded container, take the following steps:

  1. Click on the hamburger menu (three dots in the top right)
  2. Click on Diagnostics
  3. Click on the hamburger menu again
  4. Click on Leave App
  5. After successfully entering your Company ID, Username and Password, you will be prompted to select the app you wish to enroll in
